Fresh from LA where she's been dancing with Justin Bieber and Beyonce and choreographed for BOA, Stephanie, SF9 & Monsta, international choreographer Rina Chae brings an explosive, ground-shaking half-hour of K-pop dance to Botany Town Centre. Supported by the Howick Local Board.

Night Safari

For centuries, only men have performed the pulliyatam – the tiger dance of Tamil Nadu – but in this fierce reimagining, Artham Dance Company’s all-female crew offer a contemporary take on an old tradition. Inspired by the Indian wildlife sanctuary Ranthambhore, this wild twenty-minute tour evokes steamy forests and grassy meadows, with all the beasts that lurk within.

Revolver

Six artists take over New Lynn with a revolving pop-up and pocket exhibition that brightens the town centre with never-before-seen work and offers visitors the chance to take miniature versions of the work home.
